Loved they keep up to date on their website to understand what they have in stock in store. Had to make an emergency 2 hour drive from Minot to pick up a pin machine that Minot Micheals/HobbyLobby did not have.

Excellent experience today! I was returning an online purchase to the store and, at first, told it wasn't possible. But Lacy wasn't satisfied with that, and asked for help. Beverly got involved and everything was resolved. She called customer support, worked the problem out FOR me while in-store, ensuring I did not have to drive an hour home, with my package, to work with them myself. Beverly should be teaching a Master Class in Customer Experience. The way she handled every communication was with the ease of someone skilled in customer interactions, but also someone who genuinely wanted to help. She was brilliant!!! And after hearing another customer speak with Lacy, I found out about the senior discount. Lacy made sure I was all set on the app before I left. Overall, highly recommend this store. I've always had great service there, but today was far and above the best. Thank you ladies!

Store is clean but don’t come if you are pinched on time. There was one person working the front and instead of calling someone up to help while she filled balloons, she ignored the line and kept filling and then when she was done, she didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything and all she said was you guys can use self check out too. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back
